01. What is EFT (Tapping), and how does it work?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a powerful healing tool that combines acupressure and psychology. By gently tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional blocks, we release stuck energy and rewire limiting beliefs at the subconscious level.

02. How is your approach different from traditional therapy?

Traditional therapy often focuses on understanding why you feel a certain way. My approach focuses on releasing the emotional root causes - so you don't just manage symptoms, you eliminate them.

03. How long does it take to see results?

Every person is different, but many clients report feeling lighter and more at peace after just one session. For deep, lasting transformation, most people see significant shifts within 3-6 months.

05. Are your sessions in-person or online?

All my sessions are online via Zoom. This allows me to work with clients across India and beyond, and gives you the flexibility to join from wherever you are.

06. What languages do you offer sessions in?

I generally offer sessions in English and Hindi. If need be, I can include Marathi and Gujarati as well - whichever you're more comfortable with.
